Message from Barbara Thompson, Executive Director NCADD Sacramento
The November 1 & 2 performances of Pass It On…an evening with Bill W. and Dr. Bob, have been delayed due to flight cancellations for our actors in New York. Our disappointment is certainly overshadowed by the devastating loss of life and property for thousands of east coast residents.
NCADD Sacramento and our co-host Focus Healthcare of California were very pleased with the advance ticket sales and general interest in supporting this event, so we are in discussions with the Crest Theatre and expect to have a January date scheduled very soon. In the meantime, your patience would be very much appreciated as we make these plans.
For those of you who have already purchased tickets to the Thursday, November 1 and Friday, November 2 performances, and the Gala Reception, we will honor those tickets at the January performance. Refunds will be provided upon request. If you purchased multiple tickets, we would be more than pleased to make calls to your guests to inform them of the postponed event. Please let us know whom to contact and provide phone numbers so that we can reach them immediately. Please contact Jeremy George at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (916) 924-4818 Ext. 104 for more information.
We are pleased that our friends Gary Kimble and Richard Springle of Unflappable Recovery Entertainment, the creators and performers in “Pass It On”, have come through the storm safely. They certainly have demonstrated their “unflappable” characters, and we look forward to welcoming them to Sacramento after the first of the year.
