Susan Granzella was appointed by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. in October 2014 to the Contractors State License Board. Previously, Ms. Granzella held several positions with Visa, Inc. from 1996 to 2014, including Senior Director and Vice President for Technical Documentation, and Audit and Compliance Coordination for Global Development.
Ms. Granzella was elected as Treasurer of the NCADD-Sacramento Board of Directors in April of 2015.
Jo Ann Harris is a Public Defender for Sacramento County specializing in work with juveniles and their families.
Jeffrey Henigan, CADCII, has worked as an addictions counselor and program manager since 1981. He graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento (psychology) and became a Certified Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) in 1983.
Annie Andrighetto retired from the State of California after 35 years in various departments. She has extensive experience in human resources, management, administration, strategic planning, training, and communication. Ms Andrighetto served on the board of the Sacramento Valley Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure for several years.
Brianna Garcia joined the Board in 2015.
Mr. Miller has been a practicing attorney since 1973, and previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California. He was a Shareholder in the Sacramento law firm of Kronick, Moskovitz Tiedemann and Girard law firm and a Deputy Attorney General prior to being appointed General Counsel to the California Horse Racing Board. Mr. Miller has been a Board Member of the River City Recovery Center, Inc., since 1995.
