“Christmas Mint Mash”

Recipe (Makes 6 Glasses)

  1. Stir ½ cup Xylitol and ½ cup water in small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Cool syrup
  3. Divide 1 ½ cups chopped hulled Strawberries among six 6-8 8 oz.glasses
  4. Add 1 tablespoon Syrup to each and mash with muddler or handle of wooden spoon. Add thin lemon slice and mash to release flavor
  5. Add several ice cubes, and fill with Sparkling Mineral Water
  6. Garnish with Mint
