2012 Winner (Sugar Free Category)
Recipe (Makes 1 Pitcher)
- Slice 4 Lemons and place in the bottom of the drink pitcher.
- Add ½ cup slightly crushed fresh Mint and
- 1 cup Xylitol on top of Lemons – Mash mixture with wooden spoon for 1 minute
- Add 1 pint of Berries (strawberries & blackberries preferred) and lightly mash.
- Add 1 quart of Sugar-free Sparkling Water and chill in refrigerator.
